Whether murder is wrong or not would depend on ones ethical theory. In a Jewish or Christian divine command theory murder or abortion would be wrong.

Unless there is a God who says murder is wrong all you can say is that you believe it is wrong.

Why is murder wrong. This account implies that it is not even pro tanto morally wrong. I know that this claim comes not only as a surprise to most modern men and women. There is not excuse or justification for murder except self-defense.

In my opinion murder is guilty and a criminal act. What makes an act of killing morally wrong is not that the act causes loss of life or consciousness but rather that the act causes loss of all remaining abilities. Hume thinks that the wrongness of murder comes from feelings you have that cause you to think the act of murder is wrong.

You must believe that murder is wrong therefore it is not the act that is wrong. Why does Hume think that the wrongness of murder is not in the act itself. I would like to explain that the murder is wrong on ethic religious.
